On 17 May 2021, the State Government and its partners Volunteering SA&NT, Business SA, and the Local Government Association of SA proudly kicked off National Volunteer Week with the launch of the new Volunteering Strategy for South Australia 2021-27 in front of a 700-strong crowd at the opening event in Victoria Square.
The strategy brings together a shared vision for volunteering in South Australia and was developed in consultation with more than 600 people from across local and state government, business and not-for-profit sectors.
