Independent Chair (volunteer position) – Volunteering Strategy for SA Partnership Board
The Volunteering Strategy for SA (2021-2020) is a collaborative ‘blue-print’ for action between four sectors: volunteer involving organisations, business, Local Government and State Government. The strategy provides an opportunity to focus on a coordinated approach to address the diverse and ongoing needs of the volunteer sector.
A second strategy will be in place for a further six years (2021-2027) and will ensure the partnership’s sustained focus and commitment to the volunteering sector.
Expressions of Interest are sought for the role of Independent Chair of the Volunteering Strategy Partnership Board. The role will support the implementation of the second strategy, and strategically lead the Board in focusing on strategic matters, overseeing the strategic agenda and setting high governance standards.
